Things I like most about ultras: Running for a long period of time and exploring the environment.

Things I hate most about ultras: The unknown issues that can occur doing long races.

What got me started doing ultras: Came across a YouTube video of Rob Krar racing and after that I signed up to the Niagara Ultra 50 km and continued from there.
