Pb’s: 50km – 4:45 (Chuckanut 2012), 50mi – 6:46 (Elk/Beaver Ultra 2012)        
Some ultras I have completed:
Chuckanut, White River, The North Face Endurance Challenge (San Fran), Scorched Sole, Diez Vista, Sun Mountain, The North Face Dirty Feet (Vernon)
Best Performances: placing 7th at the 2013 IAU world championships in Wales                                                                    
Ultra achievement I am most proud of: finishing my first ultra (Sun Mountain 50km) – it hurt a lot!
Ultras I haven't done but really want to: oh, there’s so many…Western States 100, UTMB, Waldo
Typical training week: 6 days of running plus some cross training (usually yoga or cycling)
